This workout will get your heart rate up and test your resolve as you work through these four movements designed to build your endurance. Rest as little as possible between each exercise (even the burpees) and endure the suck.
- Warm Up – 5 minutes (jumping jacks, jog, something to help get you sweating)
- Jog x 20 minutes
- Burpees x 25 reps
- Quadrupedal Movement x 5 minutes
- Dead Hang x 5 minutes
- Cool down and stretch – 5 to 10 minutes
