- Warm Up – 5 minutes (jumping jacks, jog, something to help get you sweating)
- Close Grip Push Up x 15 reps
- Feet Elevated Inverted Row x 12 reps
- Offset One-Leg Bench Squat x 10 reps leg
- Hollow Body Rock x 20 seconds
- Bench Hip Thrust x 15 reps
- Squat Thrust x 15 reps
- Cool down and stretch – 5 to 10 minutes
