Beginner Tots

Introductory parkour classes for kids ages 3-6.

Advanced Tots

Advanced parkour classes for kids ages 3-6.

KIDS (7-11)

PK 1 Kids

Parkour class is the premier way for anyone to learn everything from the basics of parkour to the highest levels, surrounded by peers and passionate coaches! This class will teach you the basics.

PK 2 Kids

This is an advanced class for those kids who’ve mastered the basics of parkour. Students must have taken PK1 to be eligible to take this class.

Advanced Classes are for students who have been training for a while, and coaches agree are ready to move to the next level of training!

Kids Challenge

This class is the ideal way to practice and learn new ways to use your Parkour skills! Come try challenges from our coaches, and maybe learn some flips and tricks!

Kids Open Gym

Open Gym for the young and young at heart! Come in and train on almost all of our obstacles, with coaches present for advice and supervision!

Ninja Kids

A class for soon-to-be Ninja Warriors! Come out and build strength and technique to learn to jump, climb, and move just like in the show!

Kids Games

Play games involving parkour skills that will teach team building, cooperation, leadership, and fitness!

Day Pass

Open gym for all ages.

Open gym for all ages with a set theme.

TEENS (12-16)

PK 1 Teens

Parkour class is the premier way for anyone to learn everything from the basics of parkour to the highest levels, surrounded by peers and passionate coaches! This class will teach you the basics.

PK 2 Teens

Parkour class is the premiere way for anyone to learn everything from the basics of parkour to the highest levels, surrounded by peers and passionate coaches! This is an advanced class where your skills will be tested.

Teen Challenge

This class is the ideal way to practice and learn new ways to use your Parkour skills! Come try challenges from our coaches, and maybe learn some flips and tricks!

Teen PK Tech

Learn advanced parkour moves, techniques, and flips. This is an advanced class.

Ninja Teens

A class for soon-to-be Ninja Warriors! Come out and build strength and technique to learn to jump, climb, and move just like in the show!

Yoga

Enjoy stretching-based athletic yoga. Balance the impact of parkour with the stretching and healing of yoga. This class is for all ages.

Hooping

Hoop fitness classes are designed to provide a low impact cardio experience that tones muscles and builds strength.

ADULTS (17+)

PK 1 Adults

PK Lite

Parkour class is the premiere way for anyone to learn everything from the basics of parkour to the highest levels, surrounded by peers and passionate coaches! This is a great class to learn the fundamentals with a softer impact.

Adult Challenge

This class is the ideal way to practice and learn new ways to use your Parkour skills! Come try challenges from our coaches, and maybe learn some flips and tricks!

Does your kid or teen want to party with REAL ninjas from NBC’s “American Ninja Warrior”?

Our Parkour Birthday Parties are safe, eventful, informative, and FUN! Children receive an intro to Parkour/Freerunning & American Ninja Warrior, instruction and drilling of fundamental techniques, obstacle courses, games/free time, and YES they can jump in the foam pit!!
